Audrina Patridge Signs on as Host of the Talent Contest Network YOBI.TV
YOBI.tv is a fast growing next-gen global talent contest network that offers fame and fortune to anyone, anywhere, anytime combining user-generated content and talent competitions with social networking for a revolutionary new entertainment platform. Launched in June 2008, YOBI.tv gave away over $100,000 in cash and prizes to the winners of the first four talent contest channels for Singing, Filmmaking, Comedy, and Photography.
"There is so much undiscovered talent out there," says Patridge, "I am excited to take part in such a dynamic platform that will give opportunity to so many." She joins eighth-season American Idol finalist, Matt Giraud, who has been tapped to host the YOBI.tv channel, "MAKE THE CUT," which is an upcoming original singing competition.
The Grand Prize Winner will literally 'make the cut.' He or she will cut a record at a state-of-the-art studio with the coaching of Giraud and other industry professionals. "MAKE THE CUT" will combine the thrill of reality show contests with the instant gratification of the web, building off of YOBI.tv's mission to redefine online entertainment.
Additional network channel, "YOBI GIVES," is hosted by Danielle Ryan and actor, Jeremy Sumpter (Friday Night Lights). Since 2005, Co-founder of One Village One World (OVOW), activist, Danielle Ryan, has participated in projects that empower women and support the end of extreme global poverty. She has traveled to impoverished African villages and has developed campaigns that aim to allow the villagers to become self-sufficient such as providing equipment and materials with which villagers can create goods to sell and trade.
YOBI.tv will continue to expand by adding more channels and celebrity content throughout 2010.

"The Hills" Season Six & "The Audrina Show"
It’s official: Audrina Patridge will appear in the 6th season of The Hills. Despite reports, Audrina Patridge will not be leaving the MTV reality show after its fifth season! Along with Kristin Cavallari, Justin Brescia, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Audrina and the cast will be gracing our television screens for the sixth season of “The Hills”. Filming of new episodes will start early next year.
However, Audrina will be taking under two reality TV Shows simultaneously. In addition to the “The Hills”, her new spin off with Mark Burnett Productions will begin filming as soon as next week. Audrina will be put to the challenge to handle both series. It will be interesting to see as the two reality plots may occasionally overlap. The unnamed show will trail both her personal and professional lives. The show claims to be “spicier, edgier, older” and will focus on “new love” and “romances.” Yet, she says “It’s also [about] how I stay grounded with my family.” “It’s really about me and my family and everything that you see in the press and just really opening up,” she told Elle magazine backstage last week at the after-show for “The Hills” finale. “It’s going to be cameras following me, not set up. No lighting. It’s going to be, like, totally different.”

Pledge to Know Your Girls!
Young women can get breast cancer too. In fact, it's the number one cause of cancer death in American women ages 15-54. Early detection can change that fact. Audrina, whose family has been personally touched by breast cancer, is helping to bring attention to the disease during Breast Cancer Awareness Month by taking part in Yoplait’s new “Know Your Girls” campaign.
Pledge with one click. For every pledge received by Oct. 31, Yoplait will donate 10 cents to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $100,000 for special research grant to fund new research.

Patridge: 'I was supposed to do Dancing'
Audrina Patridge has confirmed rumours that she was approached to appear in this season's Dancing With The Stars.
The Hills star was linked to the ABC competition last month, however it was speculated that bosses at her MTV reality show were unhappy about possible scheduling conflicts.
Speaking to Just Jared, she said: "I was supposed to do it! MTV didn't want to let me do it because of the filming schedule.
"They didn't want it to interfere with their schedule. But you know what? Maybe next season!"
The 24-year-old recently confirmed that she would be leaving The Hills at the end of the fifth season to pursue other projects.

Her big break brings her into a different circle, that of members of a sorority who cover up an accidental murder in "Sorority Row." As the character of Megan, Patridge must contend with a cheating boyfriend as well as being surrounded by a number of bitchy and competitive girls.
In out on-set interview we discussed her trial by fire of being covered in blood, what movies scared her and how to survive shooting in the freezing cold.

The Hills, Season 5 Premier Date Announced
Get ready, Hills fans! It's almost here. MTV has officially announced that The Hills season 5 will premiere Tuesday September 29 at 10 p.m.
Most of our favorites will be returning--Lo, Audrina, and of course Spencer and Heidi--sans Lauren Conrad, who announced she was leaving the show back in April.
Hills star Audrina Patridge announced back in June that she would be starring in her own reality show--tentatively titled The Audrina Show. MTV is scheduled to air five bonus episodes of The Hills in the fall, which will serve as a launching pad for her new show. Patridge says the program will showcase the "other side" of her life.
